Why we built Supalisting
It started with a simple, frustrating pattern. A great property — clean, well-located, fairly priced — would sit half-empty while a worse one down the street stayed booked. The difference was almost never the place. It was the listing.
The hosts winning bookings had figured out the unglamorous craft of listing optimization: titles that match how people actually search, descriptions that answer doubts before they're asked, amenities surfaced in the right order, pricing read against the real local market. Everyone else was guessing.
That craft was locked up in agencies, consultants, and spreadsheets only a few operators had the time to maintain. We thought it should be a product — one that does the analysis in minutes and hands you a clear, prioritized plan instead of a pile of dashboards.
We started with Airbnb because that's where the pain was loudest. But the work of a strong listing is the same everywhere you sell. So we're building the layer that optimizes all of it.
