The agreement between you and Supalisting. Written to be read — plain-language summaries sit alongside the operative terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Supalisting's website and listing-optimization product (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Plain-language summaries appear in green callouts; the surrounding text is the operative version.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Supalisting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
In short: use Supalisting fairly and lawfully, you own your content, we provide the tool "as is," and either of us can end the agreement.
Supalisting analyzes listings and provides optimization recommendations, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence. Recommendations are guidance, not guarantees — booking, ranking, and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the marketplaces themselves.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.
You agree not to:
We may suspend access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or risks harm to others.
You retain all rights to the listings, text, and materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
Your work stays yours. Optimization suggestions we generate for your listings are yours to use, edit, and publish as you see fit.
Supalisting is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Booking.com, or any other marketplace. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Your use of any marketplace remains governed by that marketplace's own terms. You're responsible for ensuring that changes you make to your listings comply with the rules of the platform where they're published.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will produce specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supalisting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
